Event Overview

The Smith County Master Gardener Association will host its annual “From Bulbs to Blooms” Conference and Sale on Saturday, October 24, at Pollard Methodist Church, 3030 New Copeland Road in Tyler.

Educational Conference Details

The free educational conference begins at 9 a.m. and features Dr. Greg Grant, Smith County horticulturist with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Following the program, onsite shopping will be available from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The sale features hard-to-find heritage bulbs along with hardy, locally trialed selections suited to East Texas conditions. Shoppers can also enjoy door prizes, raffles, children’s activities, educational displays, garden art, books, and the Smith County Master Gardeners’ annual garden guide and calendar.
