This thoughtfully curated habitat serves two essential purposes: it offers abundant milkweed, which is crucial for monarchs to lay their eggs and provides nourishment for their caterpillar. In addition, it features a variety of nectar-rich flowers that supply the energy adult butterflies need for their remarkable journeys. Without these vital waystations, monarchs struggle to reproduce and fail to maintain the stamina required for their extensive migrations.
