2025 East Texas Annual and Perennial Plant Trials and Horticulture Field Day

June 26 @ 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Over 200 varieties of annual, perennial, and vegetable plants cultivated for growers, retailers, landscapers and home gardens All are welcome to come out and see how well these plants do in typical East Texas conditions.

Some of the varieties in the trials include Vinca, Petunia, Coleus, Tomato, Mandevilla and more.

Where:

  • Field Trials at the Overton East Farm Hort Area on CR 133 from 8:30 am – 11:00 am
  • Container Trials and Demonstration Gardens at the Overton Research and Extension Center on FM 3053 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
